2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the oke3 platform. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine gaming regulations. oke3 strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under the age of 21.
2.2 Identity Verification. oke3 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
2.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the oke3 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. oke3 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
2.4 Mental Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, acting on your own behalf, and not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing wagers.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active oke3 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. oke3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke3 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. oke3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account Ownership. oke3 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to another person.
3.5 Notification of Breach. You must notify oke3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. oke3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. oke3 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the oke3 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). oke3 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for deposits on your account. oke3 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to three (1–3) business days. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. oke3 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. oke3 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. oke3 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.
5.1 oke3 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. oke3 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.
5.5 oke3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke3 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:
6.2 oke3 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.
7.1 All content on the oke3 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of oke3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oke3 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any oke3 content without prior written consent.
7.3 The oke3 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of oke3. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
8.1 The oke3 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While oke3 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, oke3 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the oke3 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
8.3 oke3 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or power outages.
8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes or account balances, oke3 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their correct state prior to the malfunction.
9.1 oke3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. oke3 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the oke3 platform, you may request self-exclusion by contacting oke3 support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, oke3 will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing your account and will not send you marketing communications.

10.1 oke3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your oke3 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
10.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, oke3 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, oke3 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

11.2 oke3 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. oke3 may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. 12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
